Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home, today announced that DRP Collision Repair of Powhatan, Virginia has been selected as a winner of the Vistaprint “Make an Impression” contest. This uniquemicro business will receive a marketing makeover valued at $10,000 from Vistaprint.

Over 875 U.S.-based micro businesses entered Vistaprint’s contest for a chance to receive one of four $10,000 marketing makeovers. The grand prize packages include a $600 HP gift card, a Web commercial produced byPixability and a full marketing package – including a targeted direct mail campaign - designed by Vistaprint’s creative design team. The goal of the contest was to give four deserving businesses the chance to take that next step and truly market themselves like they never had before.

DRP Collision was the lone “start-up” to be selected as a contest winner. The reason they were chosen was based on owner Kendall Ickes' compelling stance on customer satisfaction. Despite being a new business shop, the company is focused on customer satisfaction and making a big first impression. DRP Collision has already seen some success with a small marketing push, but expects to see more with the prize package.

“We are very excited to be selected as one of the contest winners,” said Ickes. “Getting your name out there as a new company is very tough. We have seen some success from our initial marketing efforts with brochures and flyers and can’t wait to work with Vistaprint to create our new materials. Hopefully it will help us drive more business.”

Founded in 2010, DRP Collision Repair strives to achieve 100% satisfaction and backs up all of their work with a limited lifetime warranty. The company’s mission is to provide repairs and service that matches their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and also offers free estimates and claim handling. DRP Collision is fully-staffed with graduates or current enrollees of the J. Sargent Reynolds Community College AAS Degree program for Auto Body Collision and holds I-CAR Platinum certifications.

“In this economy it is extremely difficult for new companies to get their name out to the community. We have heard from many businesses that one of the areas they cut back on first is marketing,” said Bridget O’Brien, vice president of marketing communications at Vistaprint. “Kendall’s team is focused on creating lasting relationships with their customers and our team is very excited to help them catch the eyes of potential customers.”

Winners of the "Make an Impression" contest were selected by a panel of Vistaprint executives as well as voting done on the contest micro site. Entries received up to 30 points for originality, how they would use the prize package, entrant industry and up to 10 points from the open voting period. NORTHFIELD COLLISION NAMED WINNER IN VISTAPRINT’S MAKE AN IMPRESSION CONTEST

New Jersey-Based Auto Repair Shop to Receive $10,000 Marketing Makeover

Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home, today announced that Northfield Collision Repair of Livingston, New Jersey has been selected as a winner of the Vistaprint “Make an Impression” contest. Themicro business will receive a marketing makeover valued at $10,000 from Vistaprint.

Northfield Collision was picked as a winner because owners Jennifer and John Condron’s story is one that many micro business owners can relate to. The business was founded after a failed business deal put the Condrons out of employment. Like all entrepreneurs the family puts everything into the business. They currently work 60-70 hour weeks and have limited time to market their business. That will change now that they have been selected as one of Vistaprint’s contest winners.

“We are honest and hardworking people who believe now is the time to make a difference,” said Jennifer Condron. “Our customers are like new friends and we do everything we can to make them feel at home. We haven’t been active at all in advertising and we’re excited that Vistaprint is going to help us market our business.”

Founded in 2001, Northfield Collision has been a shop that focuses on customer satisfaction. Since taking over the company earlier this year, the Condrons have made it a point to get to know every customer and believe in the power of an honest handshake and a smile. To build customer loyalty, the company offers daily status updates of repairs and also offers vehicle pickup and delivery service to reduce customer rental expenses. To assist customers without collision coverage on their vehicle, Northfield Collision also offers affordable pricing. Their traditional approach has been successful as they have expanded their business to include a second location with a full detail center.

“Business relationships used to be built on face-to-face interactions and handshakes, so in a way Northfield Collision is a throwback business,” said Bridget O’Brien, vice president of marketing communications at Vistaprint. “Apart from this personality behind the company, they haven’t done much marketing. Our team is excited to bring their motto of ‘Now you truly have a friend in the business’ to marketing materials. We hope that this will help increase their local exposure.”

Winners of the “Make an Impression” Contest” were selected by a panel of Vistaprint executives as well as voting done on the contest micro site. Entries received up to 30 points for originality, how they would use the prize package, entrant industry and up to 10 points from the open voting period. ACCENT HOME STAGING NAMED WINNER IN VISTAPRINT’S MAKE AN IMPRESSION CONTEST

Atlanta-Based Home Stager to Receive $10,000 Marketing Makeover

Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home, today announced that Accent Home Staging from Atlanta, Georgia has been selected as a winner of the Vistaprint “Make an Impression” contest. Themicro business will receive a marketing makeover valued at $10,000 from Vistaprint.

Over 875 U.S.-based micro businesses entered Vistaprint’s contest for a chance to receive one of four $10,000 marketing makeovers. The grand prize packages include a $600 HP gift card, a Web commercial produced byPixability, and a full marketing package – including a targeted direct mail campaign - designed by Vistaprint’s creative design team. The goal of the contest was to give four deserving businesses the chance to take that next step and truly market themselves like they never had before.

Accent Home Staging was picked as a winner in part because owner Amy Powers’ story is one that undoubtedly resonates with micro businesses everywhere. With a husband who was recently laid off and needing to provide for her three children, Powers works as a home school teacher while also running her micro business as a home stager. Both time and resources have held her back from truly growing and expanding. Now she’ll have an opportunity to truly succeed.

“I am a mom of three children, a wife, a home school teacher and run a growing small business,” said Powers. “I don’t always have time to get out there and market, but this package is truly going to make a difference. It will give me an edge in reaching out to new customers and help me keep up with my local competitors. I am overwhelmed and encouraged by the opportunity Vistaprint has given my business.”

Accent Home Staging is one of the leading experts in the metro-Atlanta real estate staging industry, serving clients since 2007. Home staging is preparing a home to sell by creating an environment that attracts buyers. Accent Home Staging specializes in medium to high-end luxury enhancement for vacant and occupied homes and offers services that will attract buyers before they enter the home, typically within 30-45 days.

“Amy’s story is one that we hear time and time again. She’s working hard at growing her own business while also holding another job to bring in money to support her family. But like so many others, she hasn’t had the time or resources to truly focus on marketing her business and acquiring new customers,” said Bridget O’Brien, vice president of marketing communications at Vistaprint. “We’re thrilled that we can give a micro business like hers an opportunity to expand and truly make it a success, but the work she has already done to get it off the ground is extraordinary.”

Winners of the “Make an Impression Contest” were selected by a panel of Vistaprint executives as well as voting done on the contest micro site. Entries received up to 30 points for originality, how they would use the prize package, entrant industry and up to 10 points from the open voting period, the full contest terms and conditions can be found here: http://bit.ly/9BSe46.

The addition of blogs to Vistaprint's website product also provides a valuable tool for micro business owners looking to increase their interaction with their customers and to generate more relevant content for search engines. VISTAPRINT NAMED ONE OF FORTUNE’S “100 FASTEST-GROWING COMPANIES”

Company Maintains Strong Growth with Return To Celebrated List

Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home, today announced it has been named to FORTUNE’s “100 Fastest-Growing Companies” list for the second consecutive year. The list, which was published in the September 6, 2010 issue of FORTUNE, is based on a variety of financial merits including three year growth and increased earnings per share. This year’s rankings feature Vistaprint at No. 9 on the fastest growing industrial list, No. 11 on the fastest growing international list, and No. 52 on the overall list.

FORTUNE Managing Editor Andy Serwer writes in the September 6, 2010 issue, “The troubled economy is on all of our minds these days, but sometimes we forget that even in the long slog we seem to be in, entrepreneurs are hard at work creating the next Cisco or Amgen or Starbucks.”

“We are proud that the customer value Vistaprint delivers each day has led to this level of growth and success. I personally thank and congratulate each and every one of our employees for this achievement,” said Vistaprint President and CEO, Robert Keane. “As we look to the future, we will continue to empower millions of people worldwide to make a connection, make a living, and make a difference. In doing so, we are confident we can continue to grow for decades to come.”

After making the list for the first time in 2009, Vistaprint posted revenues of $670 million in the 2010 fiscal year, a 30 percent increase over revenues of $515.8 million in fiscal year 2009. The company also continued to expand globally, adding locations in France, Tunisia, Germany and Australia. During this time span, the company also completed its first corporate acquisition as a public company and rolled out 12 new products including: micro business search engine marketing and blog tools, engraved products, photo flip books, luggage tags and women’s T-shirts.

To qualify for 100 Fastest-Growing Companies, foreign or domestic companies had to meet the following criteria: be trading on a major U.S. stock exchange; file quarterly reports with the SEC; have a minimum market capitalization of $250 million and a stock price of at least $5 on June 30, 2010; and have been trading continuously since June 30, 2007. The company must also have revenue and net income of at least $50 million and $10 million, respectively, for the four quarters ended on or before April 30, 2010. Finally, the company must have posted an annualized growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least 15% annually over the three years ended on or before April 30, 2010.

Companies that meet the above criteria were ranked by revenue growth rate; EPS growth rate; and three-year annualized total return for the period ended June 30, 2010. (To compute the revenue and EPS growth rates, FORTUNE uses a trailing four quarters log linear least square regression fit.) The overall rank was based on the sum of the three ranks. Once the 100 companies were identified, they were then re-ranked within the 100, using the three equally weighted variables. If there is a tie, the company with the larger four-quarter revenue receives the higher rank.

These new offerings are perfect for customers looking to extend the reach of their brand in a visual way. These high-quality products are available in quantities as low as one and start at $3.99.

Wanting to fulfill customer demand, Vistaprint’s talented marketing and manufacturing teams aimed to get this product up and running as quickly as possible.

In an open-ended question on the same survey, customers were asked how they would utilize the products. Our folded business cards allow our customers to do this by offering additional space for anything they can think of. This gives the cards a sticky factor, increasing the chance of the recipient following up.”

Vistaprint’s folded business cards fold to the size of a standard Vistaprint business card, and nearly double in size when opened. These cards are available in both 80 and 100lb paper stock with many designs offering matching inside designs to the front side of the cards. As with all of Vistaprint’s products, ordering folded business cards is easy. Customers simply log on to www.vistaprint.com/foldedbusinesscards, upload their own design or select from thousands of design templates, and customize their text or add a logo. VISTAPRINT TO CONSTRUCT WORLD-CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER

State-of-the-Art Facility Cements Company’s Continued Presence in Montego Bay, Jamaica

Vistaprint Jamaica Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), the company that provides high-impact personalized products and services for small businesses and the home, today announced the finalization of a land purchase in Montego Bay, Jamaica. After site development work is completed, Vistaprint will build a new state-of-the-art customer support and design center on the parcel. The building will encompass over 90,000 square feet of workspace and incorporate several “green” features that will make it environmentally friendly.

“Jamaica has proven to be an ideal location for our customer service operations. This project shows Vistaprint’s commitment to the country and provides us ample room for growth while offering our current and future employees an ideal workplace,” said Vistaprint Jamaica General Manager, Roger Williams. “This new construction is important to the future of Vistaprint; not only will it help us better serve our growing customer base, but as a ‘green’ facility, will allow us to contribute to protecting our environment as well.”

Since 2003, Montego Bay has been the home for Vistaprint’s English language customer service and design services operations, which includes phone and email support for customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other English-speaking countries. As the company’s customer base has grown, so has its customer service workforce, with hundreds of agents in Jamaica. Additionally, over the past three years, the copywriting and graphic design teams in Montego Bay have created high-quality marketing materials for customers who have purchased Vistaprint’s expanded marketing services offerings.

This land purchase was facilitated by multiple officials and departments within the Jamaican government including Hon. Daryl Vaz, Minister Without Portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister, With Responsibility for Information and Technology, Hon. Karl Samuda, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, JAMPRO/Jamaica Trade and Invest, and the St. James Parish Council.

Kingsland Scott Bauer Associates, a Pittsburgh-based architectural firm recognized as an international leader in customer service center design, and Neustone Limited, a Kingston-based project management firm, have been commissioned to implement this project.

VISTAPRINT EXPANDS WEBSITE PACKAGE TO CONSUMERS

Company Delivers Inexpensive Website Design Capabilities Aimed at Everyday Sites

Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), the company that provides high-impact personalized products and services for small businesses and the home, today announced it has extended its user-friendly website offering to cater to consumers looking to create personalized, high quality websites. Similar to the company’s website offering geared toward small businesses, these websites are a great value when compared to competitors, with packages starting at just $4.99 per month. As with many of Vistaprint’s electronic services, customers can try the website offering for free, with trial offers available in all packages.

With its home and family customers in mind, the Vistaprint software development team augmented its already robust but simple website builder to allow users to conveniently create their personal websites in just minutes. In addition to easy-to-use design tools, Vistaprint has added new features to help customers personalize websites to fit their individual needs. These include a guestbook that allows website visitors to post messages, create registry links for weddings and baby showers and send eNotes to keep their friends and family up to date with new content on their sites.

“With the success we have seen with small businesses adopting our website solutions packages, it just made sense to expand our offering to include designs for events such as weddings and baby showers as well as for customers looking for a personal website. Our convenient do-it-yourself tools coupled with quality designs and templates create a recipe for great looking website designs,” said Jeremy Pallai, product marketing manager at Vistaprint. “Vistaprint consumer websites are ideal for our customers who might not know how to create them on their own but want a site for an event or to share content with their friends and families. Meeting the needs of our customers was vital in the development of our consumer websites offering, much like it was when we launched them for small businesses.”

Whether it’s a website for an upcoming event such as a wedding, a birth, a family reunion or just a personal site to share content with friends and family, Vistaprint has created hundreds of templates to help get started. Customers can simply select their design and begin populating their website with images and text. They also can choose a template that matches a previously ordered invitation or postcard. Customers looking to create a website can do so by visiting: www.vistaprint.com/personalwebsites.

In addition to consumer websites, Vistaprint offers consumers convenience by providing printed products they can hold confidence in. Products include high-quality and low-cost printed products such as business cards, personalized mugs, return address labels, and banners; promotional apparel including hats and custom T-shirts; and marketing services such as websites, copywriting, email marketing, design and postcard mailing. Ordering products from Vistaprint is easy; customers just go online, 24 hours a day, design their products and order with the click of a mouse.
