VISTAPRINT AND USA WATER POLO ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP

Vistaprint USA, Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), the company that provides high impact personalized products for small businesses and the home, today announced a joint marketing relationship with USA Water Polo (USAWP), the Olympic National Governing Body for water polo in the United States. The relationship will allow USAWP and Vistaprint to offer high-quality printed products and services to more than 500 member clubs across the country. A co-branded website will offer custom content specific to USAWP, allowing consistent branding across mediums and promotion of events and tournaments throughout the year.


As part of the relationship Vistaprint has also agreed to sponsor USAWP and underwrite a portion of its marketing efforts in 2010 by providing USAWP with free Vistaprint products that will allow USAWP to promote its events more effectively – including its recently launched Splashball™ initiative for 5 to 9 year olds and its Olympic teams – on a national level, helping drive interest, participation, and attendance.

Through Vistaprint’s Business Solutions platform, USAWP club administrators can log onto a specialized co-branded website to create custom printed products like business cards, banners, posters, and brochures that maintain the overall look and feel of the USA Water Polo brand. Products are discounted for club administrators and can be received in as little as three business days.
