VISTAPRINT LAUNCHES VIDEO CONTEST FOR ALL FANS

Customers Asked to Make Videos Showing Why They Love Vistaprint; Winner to Receive $5,000 in VistaBucks


VistaPrint USA, Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vistaprint N.V. (Nasdaq: VPRT), the company that provides high-impact personalized products and services for small businesses and the home, today announced its first video contest. Why I Love Vistaprint is designed to give loyal customers the opportunity to use video to describe how and why they have come to use our products and services time and time again. Entrants are asked to show how they’ve used Vistaprint’s products for events in their personal or professional lives for a chance to win one of five prizes. The grand prize winner will receive $5,000 in VistaBucks. Entries will be accepted until December 15 and winners will be selected by members of Vistaprint’s executive team.

This contest will allow them to share their story with us in a medium that truly shows their emotions and creativity.”

Entering the contest is easy; entrants simply film a creative video with their camera and make any edits that they see fit - keeping it below the maximum three minutes in length. From there, they can log onto http://vistaprint.com/video-contest.aspx to either upload their video straight to Vistaprint (.WMV or .MOV up to 30 MB) or add a link to their entry on their favorite video sharing site. Winners will be announced on February 11, 2010. In addition to the grand prize, there will also be four consolation prizes awarded in the amount of $250 in VistaBucks (merchandise credit on the Vistaprint site good for one year). All entries become property of Vistaprint.
