VISTAPRINT ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH AMWAY

VistaPrint to Provide Personalized, Cost-Effective Solutions to
Amway’s European Direct Sellers


VistaPrint Limited (Nasdaq:VPRT), the small business marketing company, today announced a strategic partnership with Amway Corp. As part of the agreement, Amway will offer VistaPrint’s high-quality marketing materials that are specific to Amway brands to its independent European sales representatives. These include business cards, postcards and promotional materials.

The sales representatives can log onto a specialized Website to create custom branded materials for Amway’s European power brands including NUTRILITETM and ARTISTRYTM. These individual sellers can create personal business cards with their logo while also taking advantage all of VistaPrint’s popular marketing solutions. Products can be ordered and received in as little as three business days. The European roll out is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
