VISTAPRINT AGAIN NAMED A GLOBE 100 COMPANY

Hamilton, Bermuda — June 11, 2008

Online Print Industry Leader Named to Prestigious List for Second Consecutive Year

VistaPrint Limited (Nasdaq:VPRT), the small business marketing company, today announced that it has been named to the "Globe 100" list of top performing public companies in Massachusetts.

Based on a composite score derived from financial data for the four quarters ending December 31, 2007, VistaPrint was ranked 32nd among 100 Massachusetts-based companies whose stock is publicly traded on the Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange. This is the second year that VistaPrint has been named to the list.

To qualify for the Globe 100, a company must have been public for the entire 2007 calendar year and have reported a positive net income for both 2006 and 2007.

"It’s a tremendous honor to be named among some of the best companies in the nation, not just the state of Massachusetts," said Wendy Cebula, President of VistaPrint North America. "We have continued to grow at a rapid pace and that has been due to our fantastic customer base as well as our dedicated employees. The Boston area in particular has allowed us to attract and retain extremely talented professionals, and that’s a big reason for our success."

The Globe 100, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2008, ranks Massachusetts-based public companies based on financial data from the four quarters ending closest to December 31, 2007, and for corresponding quarters a year earlier.
